Diversity data. We care about who capital reaches. So we may ask founders and teams about the diversity of their team, such as its gender composition. Sharing this is voluntary. We use it to understand and report on our pipeline, portfolio and grantmaking. When we publish it ourselves, we aggregate and de-identify it first.
Equity Clear. We take part in Equity Clear, an industry initiative building a common standard for diversity data across Australian investors. We share information about our investment pipeline and investments with Equity Clear and the partners it works with. This may include the diversity information you share with us. Equity Clear uses it to produce aggregated and de-identified industry insights and reporting. Its own participation and privacy documents govern how it handles that information.
If you would rather we did not, or you change your mind later, just let us know.
6. Our use of AI
We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help our work. These include large language models, AI notetakers and automation tools. Any personal information we handle may be processed by these tools. For example, we may use them to summarise and organise documents, reporting and meetings, and to help with research and drafting. We may use AI notetakers in meetings. If you would prefer we didn't, just let us know.
These tools are provided by third parties and may store or process information outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to choose tools and settings that protect your information.
Our team make our decisions about investments, grants, employment and relationships. AI tools support them, but do not decide on their own.
7. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. People we may share it with can include, but is not limited to:
our directors, staff, contractors, shareholders and related entities
service providers who help us run our operations, such as IT, cloud, CRM, communications, AI, accounting and professional advisers

Our website may link to other websites and third party forms. This policy does not cover them.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, change or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and information sent over the internet is at your own risk.
We keep personal information for as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires. After that, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
If we have a data breach that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you as soon as practicable so you can protect yourself.
9. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. We may decline a request where giving access would be unlawful, would unreasonably affect someone else's privacy or would reveal confidential commercial information, and we will tell you why. We may need to confirm your identity first.
If you have a question, a request or a concern, we would like to hear from you. Email us at hey@tripple.com.au and we will get back to you within a reasonable time.
